If you're ready to dive into learning Team Edition, attend Intertech's Complete Visual Studio Team System for Developers or if you're trying to use Team Foundation Server and having trouble, call us and one of our expert consultants will get you on the right track.

 Expert's Corner

Jim White
Intertech Instructor
Director of Training

With the heat index in Minnesota hitting a 110 degrees, we're matching the heat outside with some hot stuff in this month's Software Developer

In this issue, you’ll find insights on how to manage your boss (needed by many of us at Intertech) and the impact of offshoring for U.S. programmers.  In addition, I have an article on attaching things to SOAP messages and a link to a worksheet by “Good to Great” author, Jim Collins.  Also:

Hats off to fellow instructor Andrew Troelsen for being named by Microsoft, for the 3rd year in a row, a Microsoft MVP.  Microsoft states the MVP award is given to "amazing individuals." For those of you who know Andrew, from his half dozen books to his national stage presence, he's certainly one "amazing individual."  Congrats Andrew!

Finally, thanks to everyone who completed last month's survey and congrats to the winners of the $50 drawing.  We appreciate your input.

Stay Cool,
Jim White
Intertech Instructor and Director of Training
