Davin Mickelson

Hello,

I’m Davin Mickelson, Intertech’s newest .NET Instructor.  In my past life, I was an architect and a senior developer.  Today, I enjoy being on the leading edge of technology and teaching others.  Though I’m on the .NET side of the world, as this month’s editor of The Software Developer, I’m unbiased and included some great Java topics.

Steve Close, Intertech Java Instructor, has authored Using Java Generics.  In addition, there’s an EclipseME DevX  article from Jim White, another Intertech Java Instructor and Intertech’s Director of Training.  Finally, we have two new Java-related offerings—Complete Hibernate and Complete JavaServer Faces (JSF).  Whew… that’s a lot of Java for a .NET guy!

While this month’s focus is Java, for those in the .NET world, Intertech continues to have America’s thought leaders—look for us at Microsoft’s 2005 Launch and check out our courses for developers moving from .NET 1.x to 2.0.

Cheers,

Davin
