Eligible to enter the drawing are recipients of Connected Digest e-newsletter who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and all provinces and territories of Canada, other than the Province of Quebec, and who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Intel Corporation (http://www.intel.com) ("Sponsor"), its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families of each are not eligible.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed, or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions. Sponsor not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the drawing, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this drawing.

One (1) prize (La Crosse Technology Wireless Weather Station with alarm clock) will be awarded after a random drawing. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received.

Potential winner will be notified by email, phone, or mail.

Any potential winner who resides in or enters from Canada will first be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question as a condition of winning. Any potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, compliance with these rules, a prize release, and a release for the use of his/her name, likeness, or voice for publicity purposes by the Sponsor within five (5) calendar days by return prepared Federal Express overnight notification. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if potential winner fails to claim or accept prize or fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and release within five (5) calendar days of notification, or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question (if applicable), disqualification may result and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

Prize is not transferable and no cash alternative or prize substitution is available. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute cash or a similar prize of equal or greater value should the prize be generally unavailable at the end of the drawing.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this drawing should a virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or proper operation of the drawing.

All federal, state, local, and provincial taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to fill out a tax form.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name and/or likeness on the Web site for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.

How to enter: To enter, take the one-minute reader survey linked to in this issue of the Connected Digest e-newsletter no later than the last day of the month at 6 a.m. PST and enter your name, title, organization, telephone number, and e-mail address. Your personal data will be used exclusively for Intel's marketing purposes and the data might be transferred, stored and processed in the United States.
Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per email address. E-mail addresses will be checked. Participants to this contest accept that Intel may name the winner of the prizes in public.

No purchase is necessary. All entries will be entered into the drawing and 1 winner will be selected at random. Winner will be drawn from all entries received from all applicable countries. Contest begins at 6 a.m. PST on the day Connected Digest e-newsletter is mailed and ends two weeks thereafter. Subsequent entries will be automatically disqualified. Entries become the property of Intel Corporation and will not be returned. In the instance whereby the winners don't respond within 14 days after the e-mail notification, then alternative winners will be selected. The winners will be notified by email. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of your prize.

The prize available is one La Crosse Technology Wireless Weather Station with alarm clock. The prize only applies to the Connected Digest drawing. Intel reserves the right to change the prize specifics (e.g., colour, form etc.). All completed entries will be entered into a drawing. Prizes are not transferable and cash alternatives will not be available. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

Entrants agree that Intel Corporation, its parent or subsidiaries advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have not liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winner for any injuries, losses or costs or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or parts thereof, or from participation in this prize drawing.

Intel Corporation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and to suspend or terminate the competition at any time and for any reason, without notice. Intel makes no commitment to update information contained herein. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules.

The judge is Intel Corporation and its decision will be final and legally binding. Final prizes are to be defined on Intel's sole discretion. Intel Corporation will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize drawing.

Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department.
